Inspection programme
Inspections scheduled by circuit, with progress and open findings followed up.
Routine inspections
Programme, visit sheets based on your own templates, findings to follow up, equipment out of service and reports.
Risk analysis
RBI criticality (API 580 and 581) of equipment and piping, risk matrix and fitness for service.
Technical documentation
Data books, specifications, drawings and external documents, linked to equipment and lines.
Inspection bodies and inspectors
External inspection bodies and their staff, inspector qualifications with an alert before they expire.
