InventeX keeps the register of everything the institution owns and follows each item from purchase to write-off: where it is, what condition it is in, what it is worth. Inventory is done by scanning, and the official report is produced automatically.
What InventeX does
Register
One record per item, attached to its unit (directorate, department, room…), with its condition, documents and movement history. Consumables tracked by quantity.
Labels
QR codes and barcodes generated by InventeX, on A4 sheets or a label printer.
Inventory by scanning
With a barcode scanner or a phone, on several stations at once: present, found elsewhere, unknown, condition discrepancies. Official report in PDF when closing.
Annual campaign
Decision and committee, units to count, sub-committees, live progress and summary report.
Transfers
Every movement between units is traced, with its transfer note and the movement register.
Value and depreciation
Purchase value, straight-line depreciation plan, annual statement, items due for renewal.
Write-offs
Proposals, file, committee opinion, write-off report and removal from the inventory.
Maintenance
Breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, contracts and warranties.
